How the method works
For each word a child: looks at it carefully, says it aloud, covers it, writes it from memory, then uncovers and checks. Repeating that two or three times helps the spelling settle, and the child spots their own slips rather than being told. It is calm, low-pressure, and takes only a few minutes a day.
