The fine print

• No purchase necessary. Entry is free. You enter by joining our email list through the form above. One base entry per person.
• Who can enter. Open to parents, grandparents and carers aged 18 and over in Australia. Our team and their families cannot enter.
• When it closes and how it is drawn. Entries close on 31 August 2026. One winner is drawn at random by Lantern Path Books, using a random selection method applied to the list of valid entries, on or about 1 September 2026 at approximately 10:00am AEST, administered from Queensland. Every valid entry has an equal chance of being drawn. We email the winner within 7 days of the draw, and we keep a record of the entry list, the draw and of any redraw for our compliance records.
• Claiming the prize. The winner needs to reply and confirm an Australian delivery address within 14 days of our first email. We will try to reach them at least twice. If we do not hear back in that time, or the winner turns out not to be eligible, that claim lapses and we may draw a new winner the same way. Please enter with an email you actually check; we cannot be responsible for messages that bounce or hide in spam folders. We contact the winner privately and never publish anyone’s details without their permission.
• The prize. A yoto player mini with a starter set of story cards, the much-loved screen-free audio player for little listeners (total value about a$180), posted to the winner. The total prize is one Yoto Player Mini and starter story cards, with a total approximate retail value of A$180, and this is the entire prize pool. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the Yoto Player Mini is unavailable when we go to buy it, we will substitute a prize of equal or greater value. We may ask the winner to confirm they are 18 or over and live in Australia before the prize is posted, and we may remove entries made with false details, duplicate emails or automated tools.
• Your details and consent. By entering, you give your express consent at the point of entry to join the Lantern Path Books email list and receive our emails, handled under our privacy policy. You can withdraw this consent and unsubscribe at any time, including immediately after the draw, without affecting an entry already made.
• Independent. This giveaway is run by Lantern Path Books. It is not sponsored, endorsed by, or associated with Yoto, Meta, Pinterest, Amazon, or any other company or platform. Yoto is a trademark of its owner; we simply bought one as the prize.
